alvum.se is a Swedish website owned and operated by Alvum Medical, a subsidiary of Calmino group AB (org.no 556638-9820, with address Sahlgrenska Science Park, 413 46 Gothenburg) (hereinafter referred to as “alvum.se”, “us” or “we”) and offers health products for direct sale to end consumers.
By placing an order on alvum.se, you enter into a purchase agreement with us. When placing your order, you must accept our terms of purchase, which means your order is binding. The terms of purchase include purchase options and your rights as a customer. Sales on alvum.se are only made to private individuals within Sweden. To shop at alvum.se you must be 18 years or older. Companies wishing to purchase against invoice should contact info@alvum.se to arrange a separate agreement. We reserve the right for items to be sold out and maintain the right to make ongoing product changes and improvements. Furthermore, we also reserve the right for potential delivery delays, price adjustments, technical errors, and printing errors.
We always reserve the right to transfer, assign, or pledge to third parties all services, liabilities, or claims related to payments and other services.
Payment
On alvum.se all prices are shown in SEK (Swedish kronor) including VAT. Shipping costs and any payment fees are additional. Shipping and payment fees are not refunded for returns.
Payment is made via alvum.se and Klarna.

Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna:
Pay Now: Automatic withdrawal from your bank
Account: based on direct debit and your account is charged approximately two banking days after the purchase is completed or the item has been shipped. The terms for using direct debit can be found at Klarna.
Bank Transfer: Your account is debited immediately after the order has been placed. You can find more information about Klarna on their website.
Card Payment: If you have a bank or credit card connected to Visa or Mastercard, you can pay with your card. Card payments are handled by Klarna to ensure fast and secure payment. When you choose this payment method, the amount is reserved on your card at the time of order and the amount is charged from your account when the items are shipped to you. In case of return, the money is refunded to the account linked to the card you used for payment.
Payment via Swish: If you are connected to Swish, you can make a payment that is drawn directly from your bank account. Open the Swish app on your mobile device and approve the payment via your mobile Bank-ID to complete the purchase. In case of return, the money is refunded to your bank account, alternatively to your bank or credit card, or in cash.
Account: Klarna Account is a credit account provided by Klarna that allows the credit holder to pay for their purchases monthly with at least 1/24 (minimum 50 SEK) of the total used credit amount or in accordance with the terms approved at checkout. Order Confirmation
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation for your entire purchase.
Delivery
Normal delivery time is 2-4 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery is made through one of our delivery partners such as DHL and PostNord. The order is delivered directly to your mailbox when the package’s dimensions and weight allow this. Otherwise, items are delivered to your nearest pickup point.
When the order has been delivered to your pickup point, you will receive a notification via SMS to the mobile number you provided when making your purchase. Reminders are sent via SMS. When collecting, a numeric code provided in the SMS notification must be given, and identification must be shown. If the item is to be collected by a courier, both the courier’s and the orderer’s identification must be shown. The shipment must be collected within 14 days after the first notification. After that, the shipment is returned from the pickup point and you as a customer will be charged a fee of 149 kr.
alvum.se reserves the right to change the delivery method if the chosen delivery method proves impossible for the current order. Of course, no extra charge will be made for this.

In order for us to offer you payment solutions through Klarna, we need to share certain personal information with Klarna, such as contact and order information, so that Klarna can assess whether you can be offered their payment methods and to customize payment options for you. Late or Damaged Delivery
In cases where you haven’t received your order or if the order appears to have been damaged during transport, please contact customer service via info@alvum.se. It’s important to us that you’re satisfied with your order, so we want you to contact us immediately if you believe something has gone wrong in handling your order.
Force Majeure
Events such as war, natural disasters, labor market disputes, government decisions, missed deliveries from suppliers, cost-increasing circumstances, and equivalent events beyond our control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be considered force majeure. This means that alvum.se is released from its obligations to fulfill entered agreements.
Right of Withdrawal
You always have the right to cancel your purchase on alvum.se within 14 days.
This right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act and means that as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the item, without stating any reason. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email at info@alvum.se
before the withdrawal period expires.
The item or items must be unused and in new condition. You have the right to carefully examine the item. If the item or items have been handled carelessly, there may be deductions from the refund.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Always keep your delivery confirmation as it serves as your receipt. Alvum.se is not responsible for the item during its return shipment from the customer due to right of withdrawal or complaint. Make sure the items are well protected so they don’t risk being damaged during transport. You as a customer are responsible for the condition of returned items upon arrival to us.
Refunds for returns are made using the same payment method you used at the time of order.
Complaints
Each shipment is inspected before delivery to the customer. If the item is still damaged or defective upon arrival, you may file a complaint about the item. You should then contact info@alvum.se. There you will be informed if the complaint is approved and how you can return the item free of charge. Any shipping and payment fees are refunded if the entire order is complained about and the complaint is approved.
Defective Items
If the items you have purchased from us are defective, applicable consumer legislation applies. If you are not satisfied with the items you have purchased from us, you must inform us at info@alvum.se.
Our total liability to you for damages or losses you suffer as a result of an order you placed on alvum.se is limited to the total amount of your order unless other laws regulate this liability.
